Mathew R. Laiser & Alan Peter Nnko are the founders of Epic Guide Expeditions.

Mathew R. Laiser​

Mathew grew up in Monduli and Ngorongoro areas in Maasai ethnic group. Having grown up in these areas, wildlife is common and was part of his daily life. He then moved to Arusha and Kilimanjaro regions where he developed his personal guiding knowledge and honed his skills as a freelance guide. He`s a very passionate & enthusiastic individual who truly loves what he does and it shows constantly! He thrives on the daily interaction between the guests, the wildlife and himself. The great knowledge, commitment and solidness of the Epic Guide Expeditions team is here to facilitate and create amazing safari & vacation for our guests. We have firsthand experience with all luxury & moderate accommodation facilities in the area to cater to your need.  To ensure that our guests expectations are met, our staff and service partners are keenly selected and constantly reviewed & trained at an international level in order to better their skills & improve the overall guest experience. With this, our guests become our friends & ambassadors of our safari service.  

Allan Peter Nnko

Allan Peter Nnko is a native of Tanzania, born in Arusha. Allan grew up on the slopes of Meru and got his studies in Arusha. Since he grew up on the slopes of Mt. Meru where wildlife is abundant, Allan fell in love with nature at a very young age. He moved to the center of Arusha to further his knowledge and guiding skills. Allan speaks good English with excellent communication skills. He has a lots of experience in the Southern and Northern circuit of Tanzanian parks. He's been in the industry as a tour guide for almost 9 years. His has vast experience through unique routes and the remote areas that are rich in wildlife and stunning landscapes. He welcomes you to share the already unbeatable wildlife resources through Epic Guide Expeditions. He is also lived in the Maasai village for some years where he met his friend Mathew Laiser. Since they both share a love of the African bush they always talk always about the great migration, Elephants, Ngorongoro, Lions in the Serengeti, conservation issues and they decided to start their own company to deliver the top notch experience to others.
